Her journey began in childhood, where financial instability and emotional pressure shaped her into the responsible one — the girl who had to “make everything better.”

Raised with the belief that safety comes from hard work, achievement, and being “good enough,” she spent years striving:

• comparing herself to others,

• feeling triggered when she wasn’t recognised,

• pleasing people to avoid conflict,

• dimming her truth for harmony,

• relying on external validation to feel valuable.

Over time, the pressure, fear, and self-doubt became heavy.

She realised she was living a life built from survival — not soul.

Her awakening came when she confronted her deepest wound:

the fear of being “not enough.”
